Nurse Practitioner Director – Roswell and Decatur

This role includes patient care along with leading our nursing staff at our two clinic:

  • Medical Leadership & Clinical Oversight: Oversight of all medical services; chart reviews; outcomes tracking; documentation standards
  • Compliance, Accreditation & Quality (AAAHC): Accreditation leadership; infection control; privacy officer duties; audits; peer review; quality improvement and benchmarking. The necessary training needed for this is provided and AAAHC Accreditation experience is not required.
  • Staff Supervision, Training & Scheduling: Medical staff oversight; evaluations; credentialing; licensure; scheduling; training; medical team meetings
  • Program & Service Development: Development and implementation of new medical services; policy and procedure updates; standing orders

  • Collaboration & Cross‑Department Support: Leadership collaboration between non-medical patient care, social services, and restorative care

Registered Nurse– Roswell and Decatur (two roles)

This role includes the following:

  • Working 24 hours per week, with a set weekly schedule and time divided between our Roswell and Decatur clinic
  • Provide the approved medical services offered by following the standing orders
  • Supervision is provided by the onsite Nurse Practitioner Director
  • Follow protocol and document all services provided, training is provided
  • Provide limited ultrasound, training is provided
  • Provide in-depth, holistic sexual health education to our patients in addition to the medical services. We strongly believe in education and care.
  • Attend medical meetings and engage in medical communications
  • Follow our Linear Models and AAAHC requirements, training is provided
  • Follow policies and procedures

The Position:

Help women in who are considering or pursuing abortion to reorient their lives toward God and toward their children by providing them with medical services, pregnancy and abortion education, and pregnancy decision coaching.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and consistent care, according to Core Values and SOPs for patient care. 
  • Run pregnancy and STD tests as needed.  
  • Provide STD treatment according to protocol by preparing and dispensing medication.  
  • Take a basic health history and give information according to the nursing script.  
  • Provide limited OB ultrasounds according to the Clinic’s protocol.  
  • Provide pregnancy options consultations and guide patients through a spiritual assessment. 
  • Close out the patient at the end of the appointment, giving information and providing a copy of the Next Step form.  
  • Determine what the next step for the patient will be, according to the patient process, seeking guidance from Manager if needed. 
  • Manage follow-up protocols with patients to ensure continuity of care and cultivate relationships. 
  • Manage difficult conversations with patients and guests with grace, facilitating favorable outcomes. Maintain professionalism when communicating with outside agencies on behalf of a patient or the clinic. 
  • Participate in Quality Assurance process. 
  • Adhere to all Policies and Procedures as applicable. 
  • Mandatory observation with Ultrasound training on a yearly basis.  
  • Actively pray for patients and other team members. 
  • Learn to communicate organization’s mission as well as identify and celebrate Core Values whenever they are demonstrated. 
  • Seek personal and professional growth and learn to train others in the nurse sonographer role. 
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • A professing Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church. 
  • Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Status: Full time

Reports to: Director of Patient Services 

Brief Overview Description: 

The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily patient services operations at one of Reach Reproductive Health’s 2 brick and mortar locations. This role ensures the highest standard of patient care while maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations. The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the training of patient services staff and volunteers, while also overseeing quality assurance, data reporting, and inventory management. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Patient Services Operations & Compliance – Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state nursing regulations while implementing best practices for patient care. Ensure that all nursing licenses and certifications are current and properly documented on file. 
  • Nurse Training & Education – Provide training on medical protocols, procedures, and documentation practices for new nurses during regular shifts; support ongoing competencies in patient services and mission-aligned care. Maintain up-to-date patient services protocol manuals and competency checklists. 
  • Quality Assurance & Reporting – Conduct chart audits and provide outcomes to executive management. 
  • Patient Care & Support – Provide direct nursing care, including pregnancy testing, and STI testing while fostering a compassionate patient experience. 
  • Inventory & Resource Management – Maintain medical supplies, oversee equipment maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for replenishment. 
  • Policy Implementation & Communication – Collaborate with leadership to edit and implement policies and procedures. Serve as a liaison between medical staff and administration to ensure policies and procedures provide clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (required). 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in nursing. 
  • Experience in a pregnancy resource center, women’s health clinic, or a similar setting (preferred). 
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and compliance regulations in a patient services setting. 
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Director of Clinical Services (Full-time)

  

Summary.  We are a Dallas faith-based women’s clinic seeking a Registered Nurse (BSN) with an active license in good standing in Texas. Must be a team player with strong supervisory skills and available to workday shifts Monday through Friday and occasional evenings. Experience in performing 1st and 2nd trimester ultrasounds preferred but not required. Spanish language fluency a plus, but not required. Our life-affirming work includes outreach to women and their partners experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. We operate three clinics and one mobile clinic in Dallas County with professional medical care, social services, mentoring, and practical needs. This position will have a home base with travel and work at other Dallas locations as needed. 

Qualifications. 

  • Current RN license in good standing in the state of Texas
  • Experience in performing 1st and 2nd-trimester ultrasounds (preferred, but not required)
  • Supervisory, leadership experience
  • Demonstrated good judgement and problem-solving ability, multi-tasker
  • Ability to know her own limitations and to ask for assistance
  • Strong relational skills; a team player

General Duties 

  • Follows clinic policies and procedures
  • Performs ultrasounds
  • Counsels clients in the clinic and over the telephone
  • Is available as a Speaker’s Bureau participant
  • Maintains current RN license in good standing in the state of Texas

Specific Duties

  • Supervises and updates clinic policies and procedures for all facilities
  • Follows guidelines of national professional organizations (AWHONN, ACOG, AIUM)
  • Supervises client chart reviews in clinic
  • Maintains column for the quarterly newsletter
  • Works with companies for annual maintenance of ultrasound machines

Partial Qualifications:

  • Is licensed and in good standing as an RN in the state of VA. Holds BLS certification. 
  • Demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to safeguarding confidentiality and privacy. Has proven experience in reporting, record keeping, and using an electronic charting software program. 
  • Has at least one year of experience in limited OB sonography in a clinical setting.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.

Nurse Sonographer Needed

Hope in Northern Virginia, a pregnancy center in Falls Church, VA is seeking a full time or part time Nurse Sonographer position at $50 per hour 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Be a dedicated Christian and exhibit strong dedication to the sanctity of all human life. 

• Agree with and uphold the Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, and Vision and Mission Statements. 

• Must possess a current nursing license and function in accordance with the licensing board of their state. 

• Have two years of experience as a nurse in a clinical setting. 

• Have two years of experience in a pregnancy center (preferred). 

• Must be certified in limited OB Sonography and have two years of limited sonography experience. 

• Exhibit strong interpersonal and administrative skills. 

• Demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of human reproduction, pregnancy, abortion, and related health issues. 

Patient Care: 

• Provide clinical services in accordance with level of expertise and training 

• Thoroughly explain all medical consent forms to patients, and answer questions prior to providing any medical services. 

• Document patient care in charts and properly maintain and archive patient medical records. 

• Provide patients with health education (pregnancy decision options, STDs/STIs, etc.), referrals for medical care/follow-up, and other pertinent community referrals. 

• Review patient records for completeness (all necessary forms present) and signatures. 

• Conduct phone follow-up with patients, and follow-up appointments in accordance with physician’s orders as indicated. 

• Discuss clinical questions, as needed, with the Nurse Manager. 

• Provide support to the other medical staff, including chaperoning. 

Medical Services Operations: 

• Assure accurate implementation of Medical Director’s orders. 

• Perform Pregnancy Tests and OB Limited Ultrasounds per Policy 

• Ensure proper disinfection of medical equipment and the exam room.
