Nurse Manager (RN, part-time): Cincinnati

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and oversee nursing operations at our Women's Centers within Ohio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, excel in communication, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of patient care. 

Required Skills and Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio. Current BLS certification. Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience. Minimum of one year of supervisory leadership Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven leadership skills with experience managing nursing teams. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Highly skilled in writing and researching clinical and administrative topics. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be persuasive when necessary. Analytical, creative, and critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. 

Preferred experience Women's health, pregnancy care, or pregnancy resource center ministry. Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance. Multi-site management experience.

Ultrasound Tech/Consultant (RDMS or RN to be trained, part-time): 2 openings 

1. Sidney, OH: This is a part-time position working 24-29 hours per week Monday through Thursday. 
2. Lebanon, OH: This is a casual position working under 15 hours per week Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30-4 pm. 

The overall responsibility of these positions is to provide limited obstetrical ultrasound scans for clients of the Women’s Centers as per written policy and procedures. The RDMS Ultrasound Tech/Consultant is also responsible for providing consultation services to women encountering crisis pregnancy situations.

Essential Functions

Client Services: It is an essential function for the RDMS Ultrasound Tech/Consultant to be present on the work premise. Perform client pregnancy tests and sign positive pregnancy test verification forms. Perform limited obstetrical ultrasound (US) scans. Interact regularly with the Women’s Center staff, including volunteers, to coordinate smooth functioning of client referrals for Ultrasounds. Follow up with each US client seen to share the physician’s ultrasound results and encourage the client to obtain prenatal care or other care as directed by a physician. Communicate any abnormal US results to Clinic Manager and Women’s Center Manager and use physician-established protocols - before dismissing the client. Communicate with the Radiologist directly if unsure of ultrasound findings. Provide consultation services to clients in the Women’s Center. Provide health education to individual clients as appropriate. Maintain client charts in accordance with Privacy Practices and other medical requirements. Provide mentoring support through the various educational and spiritual programs available at ENLC. Work under the guidance of Clinical Manager to ensure Elizabeth's New Life Center is in compliance with all OSHA and other standards, laws, and requirements that are applicable to our clinics. Assist in the training of new ultrasound volunteers and staff on the use of the ultrasound equipment. 

Job Requirements
Current license in good standing as an ARDMS in the state of Ohio.  RN will also be considered. OB and Ultrasound experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, ACOG, and OSHA standards.

The Nurse Coordinator works with the Director of Clinic Operations in establishing, developing,

Job Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in women’s health, prenatal care, and STI education.

This role includes patient care along with leading our nursing staff at our two clinic:

• Compliance, Accreditation & Quality (AAAHC): Accreditation leadership; infection control; privacy officer duties; audits; peer review; quality improvement and benchmarking. The necessary training needed for this is provided and AAAHC Accreditation experience is not required.
• Staff Supervision, Training & Scheduling: Medical staff oversight; evaluations; credentialing; licensure; scheduling; training; medical team meetings
• Program & Service Development: Development and implementation of new medical services; policy and procedure updates; standing orders

This role includes the following:

• Working 24 hours per week, with a set weekly schedule and time divided between our Roswell and Decatur clinic
• Provide the approved medical services offered by following the standing orders
• Supervision is provided by the onsite Nurse Practitioner Director
• Follow protocol and document all services provided, training is provided
• Provide limited ultrasound, training is provided
• Provide in-depth, holistic sexual health education to our patients in addition to the medical services. We strongly believe in education and care.
• Attend medical meetings and engage in medical communications
• Follow our Linear Models and AAAHC requirements, training is provided
• Follow policies and procedures
• Suggest updates and additional services
• Participate in team prayer time, provide a solid team presence, and encourage other employees
• Show empathy to our patients and meet them with compassion as they process through their decision and situation
