Medical Clinic APRN, PT
TLC Pregnancy Services is a life-affirming pregnancy center providing free pregnancy tests,
ultrasounds and pregnancy options to women through our three Life Choices Medical Clinics in the
communities of Elgin, Schaumburg and Palatine, Illinois as well as on our Mobile Unit.
This specialized role is in our Shiphrah Prenatal Program. The APRN will provide prenatal care to
clients up to their 20th week of pregnancy.
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: $37 - $39/hour (based upon experience)
Hours of Work: Part Time (at least 3 days per week)
Benefits include:
- Holiday Pay if workday falls on a holiday
- Compliance with Paid Leave All Workers Act
- Enrollment in Retirement Plan Option
Qualifications:
- Current Active Illinois Advance Practice Registered Nurse License
- Ultrasound proficiency is a plus, however, we can train
- Able to provide pre-natal care up to client’s 20th week of pregnancy
- May be necessary to travel to different local clinics
- Training in client advocacy will be provided
- Willing to share faith with our clients
- Bi-lingual a plus

Clinics Director
Schedule: Full-time, operational leadership role with regular on-site responsibilities and occasional travel as required.
Location: Community Pregnancy Clinics, Inc. (CPCI)
Role Summary:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Clinics Director will oversee clinic operations, manage clinic leadership staff, and contribute to strategic planning and program implementation. This role requires alignment with CPCI's mission, vision, and governing documents, as well as the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Full agreement with CPCI’s Statement of Faith and governing policies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a team in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Proven experience in program development, operational strategy, and statistical performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the CEO, Board of Directors, and clinic staff.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide inspiring and effective leadership for clinic operations.
- Develop and train staff to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational values.
- Oversee clinical and administrative staff in creating policies, procedures, and systems to enhance patient care.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve clinic outcomes.
- Address employee concerns proactively to maintain satisfaction and performance.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop new strategies, improve organizational efficiency, and manage budgets.
- Promote teamwork and foster a culture of collaboration within and outside the organization.
