Nurse Manager - Full Circle Medical Center for Women

Athens, TN | Part-Time (22 hrs/week) | $25-$28/hr DOE


Seeking a compassionate RN to manage medical services including pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasound, STI testing/treatment, and pregnancy options consultation. Position combines hands-on patient care with administrative oversight, emphasizing empathetic support for women facing pregnancy decisions.


Requirements:

  • Current TN nursing license (RN or higher)
  • Commitment to organization's Statement of Faith, Mission, and governing documents
  • Strong interpersonal skills with focus on compassionate care
  • Complete limited OB ultrasound training (2-year commitment post-training)

Part-Time Staff Nurse

Corbella Clinic (South Elgin, IL) is seeking a part-time Staff Nurse to perform pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI testing, and provide patient follow-up care. Ultrasound training is provided.


Qualified candidates must be passionately pro-life, committed to the Christian faith in both belief and daily practice, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to communicate compassionately and professionally. Candidates must be willing to be trained in limited diagnostic ultrasound exams, which may require some travel.


Professional Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
  • Willingness to train in Limited OB Ultrasound.
  • Basic computer proficiency, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience in non-profits, pregnancy resource centers, counseling, social services, or family services preferred.

Personal Attributes:

  • Compassionate and empathetic with those in distress.
  • Client-focused, non-directive, and non-judgmental.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

The Nurse Manager will ensure quality and consistent patient care in accordance with clinic policies. Responsibilities include frequent communication with the Medical Director, Executive Director, and Director of Patient Resources, implementing and updating medical policies and procedures, and conducting staff meetings and training sessions.

Medical Clinic RN, PT/FT

TLC Pregnancy Services is a life-affirming pregnancy center providing free pregnancy tests,

ultrasounds and pregnancy options to women through our three Life Choices Medical Clinics in the

communities of Elgin, Schaumburg and Palatine, Illinois as well as on our Mobile Unit.


Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Rate of Pay: $25 - $27/hour (based upon experience)

Hours of Work: Part Time or Full Time

Clinics Director

Schedule: Full-time, operational leadership role with regular on-site responsibilities and occasional travel as required.
Location: Community Pregnancy Clinics, Inc. (CPCI)


Role Summary:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Clinics Director will oversee clinic operations, manage clinic leadership staff, and contribute to strategic planning and program implementation. This role requires alignment with CPCI's mission, vision, and governing documents, as well as the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.


Requirements:

  • Full agreement with CPCI’s Statement of Faith and governing policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a team in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Proven experience in program development, operational strategy, and statistical performance analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the CEO, Board of Directors, and clinic staff.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspiring and effective leadership for clinic operations.
  • Develop and train staff to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational values.
  • Oversee clinical and administrative staff in creating policies, procedures, and systems to enhance patient care.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve clinic outcomes.
  • Address employee concerns proactively to maintain satisfaction and performance.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop new strategies, improve organizational efficiency, and manage budgets.
  • Promote teamwork and foster a culture of collaboration within and outside the organization.
